Who we are is pretty simple. For over 50 years, Tropical Roofing Products is a company that has supplied the industrial and commercial marketplace with the most dependable commercial roofing materials on the market. We manufacture all our products at one of our three facilities nationwide. This hands-on relationship with the manufacturing process gives us an in-depth knowledge of every product we sell. Did we write the book on roofing products? You could say so.

Nobody knows more about roofing products. Or wants to.

A little history

Tropical Asphalt Products, started in the mid 1950's, on the same piece of property that the Florida facility still sits on today, It has always been a family run operation. Built on the principles of quality and integrity the company has grown to three factories nationwide. A focus on being a good place to trade with and work at, have always been our cornerstones.

Bringing value to the customer has been the principle in our formulations, and our manufacturing process. Tropical has done it's utmost to retain old fashioned ideals, while looking into the future in it's product line. Constant improvement in product and process has been our trademark.

The move to new generation products occurred almost 20 years ago. And it was that type of innovative thinking that brought us into the 21st century mindset of conservation, energy efficient, sustainable products. The new world has brought variety and change. Hence the name change, to Tropical Roofing Products as we embrace new products, new times, and new raw materials, with the same passion and values that brought us here.
