Description: After cleaning the entire roof surface, the #996 Eterna-Sil Acrylic Single Component Bleed Blocker was applied to all asphalt based surfaces to eliminate any potential bleed through. Once the #996 was fully cured, the #9100 Eterna-Sil All Purpose Silicone Mastic along with the #930 polyester fabric for reinforcement was used on and around all flashing details including seams, curbs, vents, pipes and drains. After all of the detail work was completed and thoroughly cured, the #914P Eterna-Sil Premium 100% Silicone Roof Coating was applied over the entire roof surface creating an energy efficient, monolithic, seamless liquid membrane.
Project Outcome: Seamless, monolithic Fluid Applied Restoration System with 10 Year Material & Labor Warranty. Eliminated need for complete roof tear-off and delivers lowest life cycle roof costs.
