#941 should not be applied to wet, dusty, oily, mildewed, heavily chalked, blistered orotherwise structurally unsound surfaces. Do not apply #941 over silicone, TPO, EPDM or PVC systems without an appropriate primer. This product is not intended to replace any OSHA required slip, fall, and harness equipment for roof safety.

All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry, and paintable. It may be necessary to power wash to enhance adhesion. See application specification for more details.

#941 should be lightly hand-mixed to uniformity prior to application.

#941 can be applied by short nap or smooth roller.

For ideal drying conditions, apply on warm, sunny days, preferably in the morning hours to provide maximum dry time. #941 can be applied to a dry or slightly damp, but not wet, surface. Water mustbe swept out of all puddles prior to application of #941. Stir thoroughly before application to achievea uniform consistency. Apply with a short nap, smooth, or heavy-duty paint roller. Under normal conditions, allow #941 to dry in 24 hours for light foot traffic and at least 72 hours for heavy foot traffic. Relative humidity and temperature will directly affect drying time. Avoid over application. Ideal for where anti-slip surfaces are desired.

For enhanced durability and longevity, apply a base layer of #941 coating at a rate of 2.0 gallons per square followed a layer of reinforcing polyester fabric applied over the wet base layer of coating followed by a second layer of coating at 2.0 gallons per square over the polyester. Apply each layer of coating in a cross-hatch manner.

Apply at a rate of 2.0 gallons per 100 sq. feet per coat dependent upon roof porosity. Additional reinforcing layers of polyester and coating may be applied to increase durability and longevity of the #941 Safety Walkway Coating.

DO NOT APPLY IF TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 50° F OR ABOVE 110°F. DO NOT APPLY IF THERE IS A THREAT OF RAIN OR DEW WITHIN 48–72 HOURS. DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE. DO NOT THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER or store at temperatures greater than 120°F. Be sure the lid is tight and the pail is secured when transporting this product. Donot allow pail to tumble as this may loosen the lid and allow leakage or spillage to occur.

Clean wet coating from hands and tools with soap and water. Dried coating on tools can be cleaned with mineral spirits or paint thinner.
