Project Description
Day Building, 2816 6th Ave, S Birmingham 35233.
This was a metal/epdm roof that we were able to do a hybrid system on. We used light grey Tropical 901 on the metal sloped section to help with building owner’s budget. Also, for the flat epdm section that had some ponding we used 924 to make ensure that area stayed leak free. We did a 10-year warranty.

Customer had been experiencing leaks for years. With restoring both sections of the roof, we were able to make the roof completely leak free.
